Job description
Job Description: • Maintains departmental team spirit and should be completely aware of The Indus Hospital & Health Network's mission statement.

• Oversee and make sure the computerized inventory system is kept up to date.
• Oversee a range of personnel-related activities, such as hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary measures, staffing plans, and employee training.
• Provide training to junior employees.
• Verify that SOPs and process flows are followed.
• Preserve documents and financial data related to store operations.
• Make sure inventory and products are handled, positioned, and categorized appropriately for identification.
As agreed and documented, make sure that items are appropriately distributed to the relevant departments on a FIFO/FEFO basis.
Maintaining physical stock at optimal levels based on monthly use and current stock is crucial.

Oversee 
the appropriate paperwork and processes for obtaining loan from particular supplier, and grant loans to suppliers in accordance with protocol.
• Oversee all retail employees' activity logs and KPIs. • Assure management of short expiry. • Oversee the identification and management of slow-moving, fast-moving, and deceased stock.


Assure that all materials are handled correctly during loading, unloading, and transportation. • Provide management with updates on the progress of existing support and offer suggestions for fixing internal issues or irregularities in scheduling. In the event of discrepancy or information pertaining to the shop, promptly coordinate with the Senior Manager of Supply Chain/HOC. • Complete any work that the department head assigns you.
