MIS/IT Support Executive MIS/IT Support Executive, PAKISTAN

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for network management, software development, database development and administration for PTEGP;
• Setup, management, support and maintenance of IT related issues and equipment;
• Ensure data integrity and security;
• Handle all IT related matters of PTEGP;
• IT related trainings for staff and others, if required;
• Assist Supervisor by inputting information and maintaining website;
• Responsible for IT related troubleshooting;
• Perform such other functions as are ancillary to the above functions or as the authority assigns or as may be prescribed;
• Web Development using net, PHP, Joomla, etc. technologies;
• Prepare reference for users by writing operating instructions;
• Organize information by analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data in the system.
• Manage all office files, record, and maintain data base in hard and soft form
• Manage and perform all administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Maintain smooth daily IT related operations including software handling, networking, bandwidth management, shared database
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
• Manage PTEGP website
• Maintain record of the IT related equipment and their deployment
• Use of STEP software of the World Bank related to procurement activities
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating project outcomes
• Candidates must have ability to work methodologically and have better knowledge of adopt photoshop, illustrator etc
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time;
